Jeannie Ballew is a Level 3 Reiki practitioner, having been trained in the traditional Japanese Usui approach by Reiki Master Ray O. Golden, MSE, founder of the Center for Intuitive Health, in 2001. She also practices and teaches the basics of Energy Medicine as taught by Donna Eden. Jeannie works from the heart. In addition to Reiki and Energy Clearing, Jeannie teaches a series of simple energy medicine exercises based on the work of Donna Eden, author of Energy Medicine. You can do these exercises at home to build your immune system and increase your energy level. On a personal note, Jeannie has only had a few colds and one bout with the flu in the past 10 years—she confidently credits her daily routines with her health and wellbeing.
