Heather Higdon, BA, NCMT, RYT

Heather Higdon is a Nationally-Certified Massage Therapist specializing in therapeutic massage, bodywork and Craniosacral therapy. She is a graduate of East West College of Healing Arts (Portland, OR), where she studied both Eastern and Western bodywork modalities. In 2007, she became certified in Core Synchronism through Rising Tide Medicine. In her work, she finds blending integrative, gentle, energetic core work with nurturing, intuitive massage is one of the most effective ways to support people in finding wellness, relaxation, and vitality.

Heather is also a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT), and received her training through Rising Sun Yoga (Southgate, MI). See the Class Schedule for more information.
