    Anne Biris, MSOM, Dipl Ac. began her acupuncture training in 1992 at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago. As well as studying acupuncture she also completed her massage training specializing in Eastern Massage techniques such as Shiatsu and Tui Na.

    She returned to Chicago and attended both Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and Midwest College of Oriental Medicine to complete her Masters in Oriental Medicine and Bachelors in Nutrition. In 2007 to advanced her studies in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology, and Eastern nutrition. She gained a thorough knowledge of herbal medicine under the guidance of Dr. Hui Yan

    Cai who is well known for her expertise.


    Anne is currently working with St. Marys hospital in Livonia to put together an integrative medicine department and has maintained a private practice for the past 12 years in Canton, Michigan.  She has worked closely with Dr. Ronald Kraynek specializing in pain management and Orthopedic Disorders.  Her technique of combining acupuncture with massage has shown to be very

    effective.


    Anne also spent the year of 2008 commuting to Chicago to broaden her scope of learning and experience especially in the field of infertility.
